  • Migrating birds - Essay.

About twenty years ago, we had an essay competition. The topic was "Migrating birds". Some bizzare unexpected topic. Yet I have read an article on birds just the day before out of curiosity. I can still remember I was smiling when I knew the topic, as this was very easy for me. Except for myself every other child suffered writing as they had no prior information on this. So I easily won. I do not think it was a fair game. Yet I do not worry now as universe has different intentions than everyone else. I have decided to write again about Migrating birds. To be fair I have forgotten all the details of that article. Hence I will only combine common knowledge and mindfulness, and you can be the judge on the essay. Migrating birds Real Migrating birds Often I would sit by the lagoon in afternoons, just to let thoughts settle down in the chaotic mind. It is a slow process, yet when I do not stire the water it happens automatically. Effortlessly. Things I see during these hours are illuminating my life as I would often remember even tiny details like a bird flapping it's wings or crows attacking a flock of migrating Birds. Migrating Birds, often few flocks, are seen fishing in shallow water, fare away from shore. And crows who are permanent residents of the lagoon do not like this. I am sure there is enough livestock, of fish for everyone even for fisherman and us. Yet instincts of crows are different and they get together for an attack. They take a flight from the shore, even to reach these foreigners they have to fly about 200 meters. And there is no place to land on water, as they have short legs, they would be drowned. So they can just attack one or two birds just a peck. And they have to return to the shore.  I can only compare this to a modern day long distance warfare. The battle for the middle east during the world war 2 heavily depended on aviation power of British and Germens. And just like a flock of crows they had to fly long distances into enemy territory to attack. Im not sure it is even worth, all the trouble. Atleast not for the migrating Birds. They just ignore as this as surely is not the first time attacked by local inhabitants during their long journey from siberia. It is amazing how much long distance they travel during winter to reach these feeding and breeding grounds in Indian ocean. But that is not even determined by their conscious thoughts. These are hardwired journies in their genetic code. Somewhere. They have no choice. They cannot stay in the paradise longer than few months to build an army and make a fortress of defence. Like all the intruders of Indian ocean they would eventually leave. Leaving only some horror in the minds of locals. They can never steal all the fish, all the gems or the rich soil. Migrating birds in the lagoon On boundries. But migrating Birds teach us about some important rules about nature. Have you seen the videos about how scientists tracked a hawak on its journey a whole year. It had travelled so far north and south east and west, from mediterranean  to Depths of Nile and from Egypt to Russia over the Iron dome of Israel.  Migrating Birds remind us that the boundaries are not real. They do not exist just a few feet above the ground and just a few feet below the ground. I am sure even a ballistic nuclear missile would know this if they had a consciousness. If they had a consciousness they would scream before they were fired, not only for their lives but at our foolishness as we are just shooting them across imaginary boundaries at ourselves. When are we going to think as a single human race and that the earth is our home . It made me wonder, whether migrating Birds are really migrating? Humans migrate because of our imaginary boundaries, whenever we cross them. But for the bird consciousness there is no migration. Home is wherever they live. Have you ever thought about it?  Do you consider yourself as a migrator?

  • Einstein's Quotes on time.

List of Einstein's Quotes on time. Time is relative "Time is relative; its only worth depends upon what we do as it is passing".  "Time seems to follow a universal, ticktock rhythm. But it doesn't".  "The rate at which time passes depends on your frame of reference".  Time is an illusion  "Time is an illusion". "The distinction between past, present and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion". Time's purpose  "The only reason for time is so that everything doesn't happen at once". Einstein: https://unsplash.com/@brentdalling Einsteins Quotes on time "Dumbest" to "best" Einstein has said many things, during his lifetime and some even would consider him as a demigod of science. As there is no depth he could imagine. So, more than science he had believed in the ability of imagination. Consider the following quote. "Imagination is more important than knowledge". As it pushes the boundary of the knowledge into the unknown parts of the universe. He has done this not once but many times. So, I am going to consider his quotes on time. A handful of them. The first one came across was the last one given here. Which is "The only reason for time is so that everything doesn't happen at once". Having written a book about time and having a clear idea where the time exist now I can say that must be the dumbest thing Einstein has ever said. Explanation is simple. "Everything does happen at once". And I can prove that is the case. More importantly once I prove I can show you that Einstein is false atleast once in his life. Maybe he was busy feeding his cat when he wrote the above, that he himself forgot to imagine. And to see the proof we need mindfulness. Why everything happens now? On Time: https://unsplash.com/@heatherz Close your eyes and imagine everything happenning in the universe this instant of time. You can call time is relative and we are stuck in different time zones at the same time. We feel this only because we are thinking about the universe inside the framework of universe. Imagine the universe is a gigantic ball. And relative to the observer who is outside the universe, he can observe everything happens in the universe at the same time. Although we see the light from even dead stars far away corners, due to the relative slow speed of light. This observer outside the universe could "See" with his superpower that the universe has only one clock. Which is the clock that his observation happens. (maybe he has "Instant" vision about anything happening anywhere in universe so there is no delay) That is the proof everything happens at same time. Every function at this instant in the universe happens now. You have to imagine it, as our physical abilities are not capable of "Seeing" this. But with mindful imagination you can "See" this is the case. So, there is only one time. Which is called now. All the other things which happened before this instance is past. And everything which did not happen yet to happen is "Future". And as both are not existing anymore at this instance they are just imagination. So, I can conclude that only reason for time to exist is because of imagination of consciousness which can expand the thoughts to an imaginative past and imaginative future. Now you can ask the question, Wait isn't it same process that creates now itself? I think I have answered this question in the book what is time ? So you can get an idea. Future: https://unsplash.com/@hadijasaidi What about other quotes? Now, once we are there. You can read the rest of the quotes by Einstein about time. And I can see all the five other quotes about time given here confirms the above conclusion we arrived. "Time is an Illusion", "Time is relative", "Time does not function as a tick tock clock" as it is really a continous function. "Time depends on your frame of reference" as this frame of reference is non other than your own consciousness. Time was born with you and will end with you. Things do not stop there. This is why again and again for the 400th time I am inviting you to be mindful. What is true for the time, is true for everthing. Every mental object that create throughout our lives have tracable origin which points back to us. Isn't it amazing? To know that even God exist within us? What about the devils and death? If mindfulness has taught me anything about life that is the biggest lier is my mind. As nothing it say is an absoulte truth. How to be at harmony with this, is the question. Maybe which is another illusionary problem like time. Let it go, let it be, let it flow, is good advice.

  • What I learned from video gaming.

I confess. I am prone to get addicted to anything. Latest example is my writing. Once I start writing, I just cannot stop. Not like thousands of readers waiting for me to write a great masterpiece but just an addiction. I had different similar addictions in the past. One of them was gaming. I consider  gaming as a waste of time. Just like watching films . Yet I was addicted to playing games once. Candy crush, Far Cry, many more. It is not like I have spent thousands on a home gaming platform. But it could have easily been the case if I had rich parents who had nothing to guide me with. So my persuit of a career blocked me from anything becoming an addiction as I would have to quit at any time unexpectedly when it overspills to my life.  SuperMario: https://unsplash.com/@kommumikation Playing video games my experience. In the college I had a friend who played video games. Not until I went to college I had my hands on a real computer. So I played Far Cry in his machine. Cannot remember which version. Sometimes hours and hours sitting in front of computer shooting hypothetical enemies, trying to save a girl from crazy genetically engineered beasts. That was fun in the initial stages of the game. But as the game advanced I found I am unable to win some stages. I couldn't drive the jeep while shooting at the same time. And I asked the help from my roommate. So while he drove the vehicle I would shoot enemies using the mouse. And it worked. We worked hard for days and both of us were addicted to the experience for just about a fourtnight. We were at it all afternoons. And we found the freaky animals were becoming more and more stronger. Sometimes we would not last a few seconds as they were so fast in attacking. We needed more support. And this time we found a cheat code so we can freeze the game at will, prepare ourselves so we can attack the enemy better. It was just like we had superpower of quicksilver . So once this gaming spree was over and we finished the last level, we even had some fans, gathered around to watch us play. That really did not feel like an imaginary game.  Fortunately we did not continue to do this after we won. I have tried few other games and it did not stick. Even today I am afraid of these digital realities as I am likely to get stuck in them. So called productivity of mind markedly reduce when I try to involve myself in social media, a true introvert problem.  Then on the other hand when all these life aspirations calmed down at the halfway of expected life I wonder why it just feel the same. I feel like I have been playing another episode of Far Cry! Far cry express. With all the exams, all the rules, all the people I have met does look like a virtual reality that created by the dreams of the past. There is nobody who can answer that is not. As I have checked with every philosopher from Great Socrates. What should I do now? GameBoy : https://unsplash.com/@mike_meyers What Iearned from video gaming Playing the video game was not a waste of time when I looked at it from this new point of view. I already knew that was a lie, so I did not mind a soldier falls down dead from a head shot. I was the dead shot in a dreamy game. Yet in so called reality when I see the brutality of ISIS or a guillotine of crabs I ask myself what is real? Isn't it again just a memory in my mind Once the act of observation is over? I do not want to argue over this with someone who do not even understand what I talk about. Giving something valuable to you is not the idea. I just write down my observations of life as I understand it is unique, like all other countless consciousness of the universe. I'm just trying to figure out my life, by asking the question What part of it is real when I compare it to the video games I have played, sitting on my partally packed couch. And I cannot rationalise anything real. There seems to be no answers I can arrive at how much I tweaked the words. Such that when I know even a complex video game I played was only possible with a long streak of one's and zeros. How can I be sure what is happening in my brain this moment is exactly not that? Ones and zeros. If you are confused, perplexed and paralysed by these thoughts now, I think I have won the argument. My advice is do not try to get a meaning. Just keep the information inside and watch the process. The Matrix will end when you are older and wiser.

  • How to be productive in mindfulness?

Being productive Productive  can mean different things to different people. Imagine a man on a fishing boat. Being productive for this guy is catching more fish. And he would do anything for that. He would paddle his boat to better parts in the lagoon. He would wake up early than other fishermen. And repair his net everyday, so the fish remains in the net. If you compare this to a factory being productive means the output. Imagine a Tesla factory. If number of cars made this year is more than the last year we call this year is more productive. And if all of them sell that is even better, due to productive marketing stratergy. So if you consider everything we do, all of these activities are associated with some outcome. And this outcome if more than our expectations we are happy. If less than our expectations we are sad. Even washing dishes is associated with a feeling of accomplishment once its done! Live, work Create: https://unsplash.com/@jontyson Philosophy of being productive in life. So you may ask, what is the philosophy in it? I would say that there is a simple definition for our lives. If we go to a church we expect to come out as saints. If we read an article we want to be wiser at the end of it. If you sleep you would wanna wake up fresh. If you do nothing you expect an empty silent mind . You live a life, and in this life all we do is doing something expecting something. Now imagine a task where the expectation is not there. Can you imagine that? We are so used to outcome based success that we cannot do this. Even if you sit down for meditation you would try to achieve something. But what if I told you mindfulness is different in this matter. In mindfulness, in proper mindfulness if you try to expect something you will not understand anything. How mindfulness is opposite of being productive. Mindfulness is peace. Mindfulness is happy. Mindfulness creates profound experiences. But during the time of doing it you would not know that, as Mindfulness is living with the experience at that moment. Since you are not comparing this experience with anything from the past, or projecting it to future, at the time of mindfulness you would feel nothing. However as the time goes on, while you are back to the mindless days, you would understand the mindful moments were the best moments of happiness. I can give you an example. Waterfall: https://unsplash.com/@bjhguerin Have you ever been to a waterfall ? Have you ever looked at a tree ? For the sake of doing that? In the book "the power of now" Ekart Tolle talks about being aware of a tree just in front of him as his moment of enlightment. You may consider this a joke, what can a simple tree teach you about life? I would not comment. You just have to see. Every little thing you see or hear is a pointer to yourself. They try to teach us a lesson that we will never learn from teachers, books or reading. Our minds are more than capable of generating its own knowledge. This wordless knowledge about self is the most valueble of all, cause its unique.  I have written about the experience about a waterfall, I had years ago. I did know nothing about mindfulness during the time of the travel. That mindfulness is the pathway to the truth. But I just wanted to remember what I saw. So as I was looking at the waterfall, I chose to stay silent and observe everything I see. I did not do it for half an hour, just 15 minutes, I listened and watched and listened and felt. I did not judge waterfall was beautiful or not. I did not try to compare it with other waterfalls. I did not do anything other than letting the mind observe. I observed the trees around it. There was a massive tree which stood almost the height of the waterfall itself, I didnt try to judge its height in meters. I saw the sky through the gaps in its canopy. And I did not care that was a valueble experience or not. Paradoxes in life are everywhere: https://unsplash.com/@aarsoph Being productive in mindfulness The paradox Now after more than five years later I can still close my eyes and go back to that place and re-live that experience. Its costed nothing when we compare how much we spend to make ourselves happy. We might spend thousand dollars to reach far unknown corners of earth looking for a novel experience. But novelty of the experience is not there outside. You can make a profound experience even in your backyard looking at a chillie plant if you chose to just do that. And when you do that, my suggestion is try not to be productive. Try not to create experience. Try not to gain anything. And the nature does work in paradoxes. And one day you will know you have gained everything you wished from life in those little moments you chose to be aware.

  • Life is a Game - ask US President about it If you do not know it yet.

Game of life. More than anyone, I have written about the game of life. I have written several articles on this comparing life to a game of chess, or mathematical model . I have written how the rules of this game are just arbitary and bizzare creation of humans themselves, and how the game differs from place where you live, the time and the ethnicity etc. Yet, I think the seriousness this is not understood some, and some chose to stay quite and pretend that they are just pure at heart in what they do. So, I will llustrate a good example from one of the most controvertial interviews ever I saw on Youtube, and it is about US president Donald J Trump vs Zelensky the Ukrain president. Games we play: https://unsplash.com/@metelevan Background I think more than half of the world has now seen the discussion at the oval office few days prior when Zelensky confronted US president and Vice President on the matter of Ukraine war. It started with hilarious questioning about the dress code of Zelensky, who always wear like he has come straight from the warzone, that he did not have time to change his cloths. So, he knows that the message he is giving was that his country is at war and sense of urgency is conveyed by this. Everyone knows, he knows, but did he agree? No! even after questioning he did not agree. He did not agree that this is part of a act of a "President of a country at war". He was a comedian, and an actor before he became a president. He played a role of president in a TV series, representing a teacher who won elections, against a currupted government. So, I think he knows his acting more than anyone else. I think he really needs to come out of his acting if he really wanted to be a president. No need to forget the humor also, he should smile more. On boundries. I am a philosopher. So I do not know whether our genetics contain facts about our religion and our nationality. It is only depend on the place of which mothers womb that we appear. And nature has already chosen for us. The boundries that we have created on the surface of earth are not even real. They are not even creations of you and me. And for these artificial boundries thousands of human consciousness have sacrificed their lives as they believed that is the right thing to do. Some by choice, some by force. But I am sure the wise old looking US President is more aware of these facts and he knows it is a game. Everyone is selfish under their own skin. I do not know whom I sould be more afraid of. The one who talks truth about life or the one who acts like he knows nothing but wants to put everything infront of him to save some illusionary sovereignty. It is not even sovereignty itself, pure madness. How can, someone send some mothers son to a war against another if that is totally avoidable? I like the Achelis wisdom, when he mocked the kings when he said "Imagine a king that who fights his own battles, wouldn't that be a sight?" No borders No nations: https://unsplash.com/@markusspiske Unique perspective I have no connection with Trump Administration. I am half way across the globe, either way from America. Infact I sould be the last one on earth to be worried about oval office, as I have nothing to do with it. Yet, world wide web doesn't allow me to sleep at night until I see all the videos of Trump and his crazy deeds of the day, mainly because of X, FB and Youtube Reels. I have no connections with Russia as well. Except I still love the "Vassilisa the beautiful" The fairy tales, about Ivans, which made me a reader when I was in primary school. The first "Big" book I have ever read on my own out of curiosity. This background is only to introduce the fair political and geological perspective I have about everything happened in the Oval office in that one and only interview. As someone in Europe America or Ukrain would not see what I see from here. Listening to US president I am sure there are many more analysis. But I was more interested in something President Trump said. Which is when he warned President Zelenskey that "You do not have the cards here" just like they are playing a cardgame. "Gambling with World war 3". And Ukrain president responded by saying "I do not play card games". But that there I see another lie. Infact I think, that is exactly what is happening. Presidents in countries should know that they are playing a dangerous card game. Not just money involved, they play with lives of people. And when you know this you will be careful of your conduct. War and destruction and femine should be avoided at all costs. And trying to fight an enemy thousand times stronger than you is, just foolish, not bravery. True bravery is to identify where all these stupid ideas comes to our minds in the first place. So, I would trust Trump more than Zelenskey, regardless of what he represents, as he has proven infront of the world that he is a lier. Infact he would never be a true universal ruler . And I thank that he is only president in Ukraine. Imagine he was president of USA? Then I would closely follow everything as he would surely start a nuclear war, as he posses all the "Cards of the Game". Who is the Joker? https://unsplash.com/@introspectivedsgn This made me understand why although seemingly crazy Trump was elected not once but twice. He doesn't lie about his game. Others appear about things they even do not know, hide their evil intentions, behind fake faces. A idiot who talks true is better than a saint who lies right? It is ancient wisdom as you can read about the story of the thief who did not lie. I will end the article here. I am sure lot of Americans and everyone else have different point of views than this. Specially good Ukrainians, who are involved. All the wars start in minds. So, lets be careful when we sow hatred in the first place. But I am open for truely enlightening discussions, as it is always a necessary risk to offend you to bring out the truth.

  • My literary career - or being a Mindful Resurrected Poet

A Poet Of course, I did some English literature for my O/L. I am not sure I should be proud of this, but I had no choice as literature was mandatory in our school. Trust me I have tested my singing skills and dancing skills even little bit of athletics. Which were all failures before beginning. But literature I enjoyed. I liked seemingly meaningless words of Robert Frost . I imagined him on his queer horse under the trees, on the darkest day of the year on a snowy afternoon. The best parts were the lies. I could write explaining the meaning of a poem few verses long. Nothing but in pages and pages of lies. I knew literature was a lie. And I knew teachers who marked the papers knew literature is about lies. Do you have to believe everything you write? Not at all. The best liar wins in this game. Everybody knows literature is just imagination. So, never I thought it as a career choice. Instead, I became a slave for the science for twenty years of my life, forgetting everything about the poems, so I could understand truth. Frosty: https://unsplash.com/@inayali The dead Poet So, it brought me tears, when I watched the film, " The dead Poet's Society ". Where I heard the seemingly meaningless words of "Carpe Diem". On top of every page of this blog reminds me of the dead poet. It wasn't about the fictional character of a teenager who committed suicide. It was about my past, when I chose to follow a path of greed over a path of heart. It was about the days I did not chose to seize, instead swallowed every word that I wanted to say like a coward. It was about the days I sat on a bench on a lecture hall wondering when the lectures would end so I could run back home to climb a tree back again for the thousandth time and watch the cows grazing. What was I thinking? To build an aero plane? With science? Resurrected Poet Life is about patterns which I believe, as advised by my father. So, when I step to the chaotic rhythm of science, still the words from the past resonate in chambers in my mind, I saw patterns of literature and poems in metanalysis and systematic reviews. Artificially suppressed words start to appear when I created just a little space. Just when I chose to write a book filled with little poems and stories about life. So, the Dead poet in me started to work again and this time writing poems about death itself . I do not worry about a future which does not exist, as I am mindful more than ever about the present. I savor every word I write, only thing which matters forever. I do not cry about the years, I spend with science, as it taught me important lesson that teachers never told me. Science is not about truth at all! science is all about lies. And it is a bigger lie than literature as everyone believes it is the ultimate truth, except few philosophers of the past and future. If science has done anything it would be just making me a dumb believer, and age faster. What has it done for you? Or are you waiting for your resurrection on your death bed? Meta Analysis: https://unsplash.com/@markusspiske A mindful Resurrected Poet Science is a lie, just as literature. I have already argued over this in the past , so I won't waste more words here. But mindfulness, I cannot stop talking about every time I write. As it is like a door to a real resurrection if there is a one. Mindfulness oh mindfulness You are the apple of my eye My cuppy, cake gumdrop, Snoogump Boogump pie You are the rain, when I'm sweaty and tired You are the food, when I am a hungry angry coward You are the Xray vision to expose the lies that everyone tries to hide Illusions of the past future and demonist time. Oh. I get carried away with words. But you do not have to believe me. And only advice I can give is do not wait until all the equations are solved in life. You have to take your time to inspect yourself as that is the greatest scientific experiment and the only one which matters. And I would be not lying If I say that would be the last one you will ever do, if done correctly. Let's be mindful tomorrow. <- Some Sarcasm

  • A talking tree - thought experiment.

I was looking at the sky, With my cloudy gloomy eyes Thought to myself what I want to be next. I choose to be a tree and have no eyes or ears. to look yet exist Exist without knowing my Existence. Like a rock Capture by @mephisto2102101 I am going to take you down the memory lane in mind into the past. Imagine a classroom. A classroom of fifth graders. Imagine our teacher gives us an assignment to write about a talking tree. I have done that before, in my fifth grade, why should I do it now again? you may ask me. Trust me, you have done it before as a fifth grader, not with your current knowledge whatever Grade you are in now! And This is my essay. Comment me yours. I am a tree . I have never been anything else since I was born from a seed. I do not have eyes or ears to see or hear the world. So, I do not know any colors or sounds. I do not have a nose to smell aroma. Yet I feel the warmth of the sun, I know the dampness of the ground where I bury my roots, so deep, fine filaments until I find water. I do not have a brain to know what is going in my roots. I do not know whether it is osmosis, or bulk transport which carries through my trunk. I do not have fine sensory organs to know who eats my bark or rub on it. Capture by @pipapipia I have no idea how my leaves, create food inside using photosynthesis, oxygen and sunlight with water. I have no idea how to integrate this information to send the excess food back through my branches, down to my roots to grow them, to my trunk to repair its new coat for next winter and to make beautiful colorful flowers with wonderful smell that carries over hundreds of feet to attract pollinators. I do not know other plants exist because I don't see them hear them or feel them. Yet I know they do. And I do not know how I know it, because I have no brain to think about it. Each year I make hundreds of fruits carry hundreds of seeds. Teeny tiny, microscopic seeds which carry the information necessary to bring out a tree as same species as myself. And this tiny seed has potential to exist grow and die without consciousness as myself now. I never ask questions about my existence, I don't ask questions about my future, I do not have the troubles from my past. I am just a combination of information packed in a special package which is called a seed. Which is complex enough to use colors even I do not know what they are. I exist and do not exist at the same time. I am a tree. Who are you? Thank you for reading. A talking tree - thought experiment. You may also like to read Are we prisoners of our minds? • What is Moral? Annoying crows- Philosophy

Annoying crows This article is not about crows, how they are intelligent like a two-year-old toddler, or how they help us clean our garbage. This is about philosophy. Then you would ask me then, why crows? Well, that is my hook. The clickbait to lure some fish to read this article. But I cannot fool google that way, because google is the only one who is trying to get a meaning out of this. So, let's talk about some crows first. Annoying crows I saw some crows, while I was driving in the suburbs. Whole lot of them. These annoying animals make their presence visible to everyone, by their Noice and annoying behavior. I saw them chasing a child to grab his ice-cream on the beach the other day, and I saw them chasing away migrating birds who landed in the lagoon for some snack. It seems not only their sound is annoying their actions are too. Yet they work in gangs, obviously when the task is overwhelming for a one. At least that is a good quality. I learned that when they find a dead rat, they call the other crows of his gang, for the feast, and share! And it is true they are the cleaners, and it is true they have intelligence of a two years old and can be trained to speak and steal. Latter comes as a natural talent. Importance of the crows I am going to tell you a little story about crows, and you can enjoy without being prejudiced. Mr. was sitting in the bus. He was far away from his home. And he saw crows by the garbage bin. He was wondering what does it matter? What does it matter to him those crows littering everywhere dragging that garbage out of the bin. He looked at himself and came to conclusion, it does not matter to him. He investigated this closer. Is he being selfish? What is his duty to the society? Should he chase away the crows and make it a peaceful clean place so everyone else can live, happily ever after? Throughout the journey he could not stop thinking about crows. Truth is crows did not matter. But if he looked at it from the perspective of the society, crows did matter. What is correct? Why am I questioning this even. Then he noticed, crows needed each other. For the survival, as a species. The chances are better when they behave as a group. Chances of survival are better when they share a feast, and hunt in packs. Chances are better, when they chase enemies together to mark the territory. Chances are better in crow families and with love and kindness. But essentially crows are selfish little animals in their core. They do not have moral obligation for the other species of their environment. They even can kill them for survival. But, because of the former reason they have a moral obligation for their crow society. Mr. M came to conclusion that even when conduct as a pack, the selfishness of individual crows might be elicited if they put an artificial apocalyptic ending to the whole crow society. He knew no longer they would be these morally obliged animals, sharing and caring. There will be lootings, murders and raping, in this moral crow society if something happened. If oil did run out of its reserves or food ran out of supermarket shelves, selfishness would come out and erupt just like another volcano on the doom's day. Mr. M in the bus : https://unsplash.com/@lucialua84 What is moral? So, in fact what is "moral" is essentially the "Survival of the species". But he liked to believe otherwise. Mr. M liked to believe that there is higher form of "pureness" in crows' heart that drives them to sharing and caring. But he noticed this is not true. Maybe they are lured by the nature without them even noticing this. After all nature was the creator of the crows and nature wants them to survive. And Mr. M could do nothing but smile looking at all the crows. These annoying little animals whom he cannot avoid meeting every day, which does not even matter when he considers his selfish need for survival. Maybe he has moral obligation of sharing his knowledge and wisdom with them, which he cannot avoid as it is engraved in his DNA. So, he took a piece of bread out of his pocket and threw at them, just when the bus started to move again.

  • Why Mindfulness is reverse of science not pseudo-science?

This is a follow up article for cockroach ethics and dictators , triggered by the comment "Black lives matter" is the right way to tackle discrimination against Blacks. Story of colors. I see colors, in everything. More than anyone since I started to draw. But first I did not know how to discriminate them. I did not see shades of green when I looked at a tree. So, a tree was just a tree similar to every other tree. Maybe I defined objects by their shapes instead. A tall tree, a beautiful tree. But when I learned about colors, now I see a tree in colors . I see many colors, yet I can approximate it into two or three essential colors. Colors Story of Math. When I was in grade 1 I did not know about equations. I did not know multiplication to combine with addition. I did not know about powers or square roots, and definitely I did not know how two equations can represent same thing. I did not know how mathematics cab be used to describe complex phenomena in nature on a paper, such as a trajectory of a bullet. Now I know so I use it to drive an equation for mindfulness . Story of science. When I was in grade nine, I did not know chemistry, or physics or biology or zoology. I did not know statistics or normal distribution. Everything was science! without discrimination. Yet in High school I learned chemistry is not chemistry anymore, it was organic and inorganic, organometallic, physical and biological. And crazy things do not stop there, as in college I have seen professors who walk in the courtyard, like zombies and some will say that is the best professor in the world about "thermos chemistry" Science: https://unsplash.com/@linusmimietz Philosophy for a change. Then I learned about mindfulness and philosophy. Out of curiosity for a change. And I argued that even ethics discriminate good and evil depending on an aesthetic criterion, this time with the wisdom of the great philosophers like Neitches. For a few years ago I could not build such an argument. And I compared a dictator to a cockroach to illustrate the point, and sanity of our criminal laws. And I said, "Black lives matter" may be a wrong slogan to take up in the place of "All lives matter" All lives matter mindfulness answer. Do Black Lives Matter? yes, they do, do all lives matter yes, they do. But the point is the discrimination starts at the point of recognition. No matter what we do after that does not make it go away. And I have given you examples from the colors, math and science. More you identify things more you will have discrimination between things, more you learn things more you will discriminate things, more you discriminate things more you will be wise, yet you will be a fool to fall into the trap, if you did not understand that it is the identification of things at its core create problems. And without mindfulness to see this in everyday life, you would be arguing about chicken and eggs with some fool one day. More than anyone I believe "All lives matter". But I know how to see people when others see colors. Just like an artist knows how to see colors where others see trees. Because I know both scientific method and mindfulness methods. It's just reverse of each other. Mindful: https://unsplash.com/@mikehindle Mindfulness is just reverse of science not pseudo-science In science we look at the outside world. We try to identify new things and discriminate them so we can better make gigantic plan. We describe things with equations and hypothesis about new ways of discrimination. Pseudo-science on the other hand are just believes, which doesn't come under scientific method. Hence anything religion is a pseudo-science. However, for investigation of self if we apply scientific method, it will become mindfulness. As mindfulness is using same scientific method to investigate self, by hypothesizing and experimenting. In mindfulness we look into the self, unlike science, we reverse the order. We forget the names and look at the things instead. We look inside ourselves instead of the world to see how things are created inside us. How everything we believe to be outside cannot exist without observation. We try to look at fundamentals of living called "Experience of Now" and figure out the true value of this second. Isn't it amazing to know, things ultimately boil down to a microsecond flux of energy with no value ?

  • How to survive the wild - Bear Grylls way

Surviving naked in wild. If you have no idea to how to survive in wild, I suggest you watch Survivor or Naked and afraid series, which were the most popular TV shows during the times of its broadcast. One was CBS, and the other on Discovery. I did not fascinate people going into the jungle as a challenge, to survive just with few matches, and eating spiders and cockroaches . Sometimes it was too gross to watch. However, as those TV shows were so popular sometimes, we are forced to watch, like when you are in the waiting room for the dentist! and you cannot avoid looking at this madness :). We are way over the era of surviving in a jungle alone, and until we hit the next apocalypse , we would be helped by our smartphones and GPS system. I am sure in few years, even before we land on mars, we will be able to establish safe survival routes by interconnected star link satellites, and it would be easy to wait until helicopter evacuates you, in the middle of the Congo jungle watching latest Survivor episodes all night, in case if you were lost. Jungle: https://unsplash.com/@jeremy_holden Seriously, How to survive the wild? What would Bear Grylls do? Let's step aside the joke for a moment and assume this is a serious question. Although chances are rare, imagine that you have been lost inside the jungle of Congo without a compass or a map, and you have enough food until you come out of it. But how will you find the direction? Often, I have seen in those survival TV programs first they try to locate themselves, and you cannot do that unless you climb a mountain or go to a top of a tree . There once you are above the thick canopy of the tropical forest, you can see the distance and even catch the direction of the sun. You will know what is at the horizon and what the terrain looks like beyond you. There you can analyze the data and make a mental map of important landmarks. If you see a river or a stream, great, you will just have to follow this as humans tend to live by the water always, until they learned how to divert water to the places, they want it they did. So, it is likely there will be habitats downstream. Once you make a map of your own you can climb down the tree and start walking in the direction you wanted following landmarks. It is true once on the ground you have to tackle every bush which obstructs your path and avoid every snake and spider. Yet, without knowing which direction you are going, it will take ages if you walk blindly so, the first step matters, and it matters a lot. I am sure you have not analyzed when watching such a program, if you haven't done do it next time. After all it would be fun to watch them how they do it practically and Bear Grylls will do exactly that. Tropical forest: https://unsplash.com/@redcharlie Let's move into mindfulness. Now you know where I am heading. We have a jungle in our brains, and it is flooded with flora and Funa which is called information which freely flows inside from our sensory organs throughout the day, and it can be really wild inside. Just like inside a real jungle if you try to tackle every problem when you encounter, you will get nowhere and arrive at no destination and unfortunately die in the wild. However, there is hope. There is hope as long as there are trees. You have to climb, the Hope tree, which is called mindfulness, not once twice as many times as necessary throughout the journey. And bring out clarity to the information that you pose. Correct your path, identify rivers and roads, see landmarks. Why? you may ask. I would say because the information jungle is dynamic, just like true wild forest, and we cannot avoid getting lost in it. So called living is surviving the jungle of information. Some are well equipped with hand saws and compass, still would not work until you climb a tree and know where you are. Some are born with Smartphones With GPS. Still might not work as you might miss the helicopter if you do not climb as canopy is too thick. So, still mindfulness matters. Mindfulness brings clarity, showing what is happening inside our brain. True nature of our thoughts. More importantly you do not have to be on the tree all day! You can still continue the journey as you are wiser with the wisdom it provides, but as long as information is changing you have to repeat the process. After all jungle is not in our control. Jungle : https://unsplash.com/@hellocolor Imagine you were blamed by someone, we cannot avoid hearing this, and it creates ripples in our thoughts. If you identify this, you can quickly climb the mindfulness and bring out the clarity necessary without reacting with anger. And this is a better response. Same goes to sadness, jealousy and even happiness. Once we identify the nature of the jungle of information, we will be able to survive and even enjoy it just like Bear Grylls.

  • Earthworms - Essay

In the Backyard Earthworms live in the soil, in the backyard of my old parents house. Occasionally I happened to see them invariably when I dug a hole, purposefully or nihilistically. And they never made me a pleasant sight. These terrestrial invertebrate creatures which wiggle when exposed to air never made an attractive impression on my mind. Although they were an essential component of the turnover of dead organic material, which is their staple food, I never appreciated their deed, always prejudiced by their appearance, I could not look at them for more than a minute without feeling nauseated, could not touch them. Yet I am sure Earthworms did burrow under my feet, and made the soil aerated making it good for farmers to grow their crops. Maybe they were the reason for us to not have a famine, last year when it was so dry season, when the rain did not happen as expected. Yet the soil was wet enough from an year old rainwater, that plants did not die of exhaustion. Organic Material Staple food of Earthworms : https://unsplash.com/@anniespratt Earthworms on earth Earthworms eat organic material, created with ingredients from the same soil that they live in. K+ nitrogen and atoms of carbon and hydrogen are essential components of these organic materials. Later they learned that it is easier if they stuck at one place and started to plant the seeds so they could harvest crops without travelling here and there all around the earth. So the first ancestors of these modern Earthworms settled around the rich soil of river basins all around the earth. And they had plenty of time to think. And Earthworms started thinking for themselves when they had nothing else to do. When their houses which were built with earth were filled with freshly harvested crops, they had time to think. And they found out the earth possesses more material than just hydrocarbons. Some Earthworms found out how to extract metal from earth. And they build a knife. Some found liquid earth that burned like a bushfire when heated, and they tapped into the earth. Some found copper , zinc, gold , and a whole lot of pure and non purified earth materials. And with these earth, they started making gadgets, so they can buy other earthworms gadgets. Not one, not two, but millions and billions of gadgets. One by one, one after the other, they distributed among Earthworms.  Earthworms found out that their wiggly movement through soil is not fast enough as there is too much resistance. So they build a ten feed wide tunnel boring machine to connect continents. They build up cars using earth material, in factories made up of earth material, burning fluid earth material to power them. Lines and lines of Earthworms were seen in these factory assembly lines tweaking earth material little by little to make new machines that could fly. Earthworm : https://unsplash.com/@juzwe Earthworms in the sky The elite Earthworms started to travel in these flying machines, still made up of nothing but earth. Just like every atom of their whole bodies these jets burned earth, releasing atoms to the clouds, which mixed with rainwater and fell back on earth to become earth again. At the pinnacle of these new Earthworm civilizations, they first travelled to the moon, one small step of a earthworm, a one big step for the whole earthworm generation. Then to orbit around the earth, on a space station. And as the Earthworms feared the sudden popping of their beloved earth they agreed that they have a collective earthworm consciousness and wanted to preserve this. So they wanted to preserve consciousness , by adapting to a new earth. Using all the earth material they build a starship, and jump when they see it light up the night sky, in an elated arbitrary joy, which they did not know from where it came from. And they thought they were at the verge of making a Marsworm for the first time.  Earthworm Seekers And occasionally some Earthworms refuse to take part in this earthworm culture and seem to be asking questions about the sanity of their actions. And trying to understand who made them aware of the earth, what they are doing in the soil. And these Earthworms never lasted, respected but cornered by the Earthworm society calling them philosophic worms.

  • Grandfather paradox and mindfulness solution

Why paradoxes exist? Do you want to know why paradoxes exist? It's simpler than you think. And in a matter of seconds, I can give solution to all the paradoxes in the world. Do you want to know the answer? Paradoxes exist only because the reality itself is an illusion. I am sure you have no idea what I am talking about. And reading one or two articles from magical mindful living would not give you the full extent of the above statement. In fact, what is more likely is you will think it is absurd, and I am mad. Ah for that matter I recently had checked with my doctor, and I am in perfect health. Not mad at all. Maybe little depressed as I am still shell-shocked from the truth myself. But every paradox that exist is a messenger to the truth. And I can show you that above is a rational conclusion not a statement from a madman. And here we can discuss why. Grandfather: Your future: https://unsplash.com/@pietroschellino Grandfather paradox and possible solutions In my book, what is time I did write about the grandfather paradox. But I haven't discussed any solutions. I did not think seriously enough at that time as the wisdom was still small. Now after writing 400 articles on Mindfulness, after seen many contradictory arguments that leads nowhere, I can come to above conclusion. Let's look at grandfather paradox. Imagine a time Traveler, from future goes to a time where his father is not yet born. And kills his own grandfather. As the paradox suggests, then there would be no time traveler as time goes forward. As he would never be born. And it means that he cannot come from the future and kill his grandfather. Then again this suggest he would be born. And there is no end to this loop. And that is a paradox, something which contradicts itself. There are several answers to this paradox. If you are interested, you can read any other article except this one from ocean of world wide Web. As I am sure there will be a thousand solutions to the above. Some suggest time travel is not possible. Some say there are parallel worlds. Some say there is nothing called time. And the latter is more inclined with the above answer of mine. The time Machine: https://unsplash.com/@jiyeon3299 Mindfulness solutions to grandfather paradox. Now let's get back to the paradox. Where does this paradox exist and why? For me it exists only in my mind. And only when I think about it. Just like the concept of time. Time exists in my mind, when I think about yesterday. Or when I remember what happened just a second ago. So, this is why in the book what is time I have written a new definition for it. " Time generates in consciousness as a consequence of comparing two thoughts, as a feeling " Just like any other mental object this is an approximation of a reality we can never know. So, If everything in this relative world is made up of abstractions, is there any absolute truth? Now I can give you some more truths about the grandfather paradox. For us to have this paradox first we have to assume "Grandfather's do exist" Have you ever thought about it? In the article objects of mind , I have given a clear explanation on this. What is grandfather to you is, father to someone else and husband to another, while it is a son to Some other consciousness. So, the abstract concept of grandfather is only a relative truth for an individual. What about time? Does time exist? If you have read the article on quicksilver, you would know that time is also a concept our minds create. Another approximation of a reality. What about language ? Are we getting anywhere with this? Slow down time: https://unsplash.com/@switch_dtp_fotografie I can only laugh at myself when I see with mindfulness about the mind. My mind has created a paradox out of assumed truths of abstracted concepts about a relative world. And with all seriousness I can laugh about all the professors who had been spending so much time trying to solve these idiotic problems the mind creates. I could have been a one. Fortunately, the universe had other plans and here I am tackling with my own mind where all the readers of this blog lives. Hoping this would be your universal call for action to get away from paradoxes of life with mindfulness. Thank you for reading. Follow the links for more insights.
